Thou being Intitled to one 15 part of the Tract of Land Containing about 450 Acres Commonly called the Perkeoman Mine Land and to one 15th part of all the Copper Oar and other Oar and Mineralls which hath been or may be got or found with in the same upon thy paying thy Proportionable part of the price agreed upon for the sd. Land and thy paying the 15th part of all the Charges Expended or to be Expended from time to Time in Searching & Digging for Oar &c. According to the Conditions agreed upon by the Owners of the sd. Land and Mine and thou having fail’d in paying thy 15th part of the Charges which have all ready Arisen & been Expended in Searching & Digging for Oar within the sd. Land and Notwithstanding the Repeated Notice given thee with Request to pay the Same thou art now again Required to pay to Jno. Warden the Sum of Nine Pounds Remaining due from thee for thy 15th part of the Charges extended in Searching & Digging for Oar within the sd. Land and this thou art to do within the space of Twenty Days Next after thy Receaving this Notice and on thy failure to pay the sd. Sum of Money in the sd. Time all thy Right and Title in the sd. Land and Mine will be forfeited According to Agreemt made by thy Self and Compy. the Owners of the sd. Land & Mine and thy part or Share will be Disposed of by the Company According to the sd. Agreemt. Signed by a Majority of the Compy. Being Owners of the sd. Land & Mine
