Dr Sir Moorhall 28 March 1778---
On receipt hereof you will please to exert yourself immediately to lay in at Fleming Town a quantity of Hay Oats & other Forage suitable for the Cavalry as a number of Horses will be ordered to that neighbourhood to re[illeg]t Levile? remains there some time – I momently expect a supply of money Levile ? certainly and you as large a share as I can spare – As Mr. Bondinot has sent in the parole of a commissary to exchange for Colo. Lowrey he assures me we may expect him out hourly & I hope he is by this Time with you – at any rate he will be exchanged soon—
