Three identical pre-printed Payroll forms addressed from Lancaster(Pa) signed by Colonel John Bayard to three individuals. Pay warrants issue wages to three individuals for their service in the General Assembly and includes reimbursement for travel. Addressed to David Rittenhouse, Pennsylvania Treasurer.
